A very Green Drinks holiday party benefiting Imago

Sunday, December 14th, 2008

Embrace your inner-treehugger at Green Drinks Cincinnati’s second annual Shop Green 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 18 at Park + Vine.

Here’s your chance to enjoy a little camaraderie while shopping for the benefit of Imago Earth Center. Park + Vine is donating 15 percent of sales to the 16-acre wildlife preserve and education center in Price Hill. Josie from Mayapple Creations will be demonstrating eco-friendly wire wrap jewelry featuring recycled sterling silver, Fair Trade recycled glass, and local woodland materials. We’re accepting donations to offset the cost of the actual green drinks (i.e., locally brewed beer, locally made ginger cider from Five Star Foodies).

Based on past experience, this group knows how to party and the store fills up fast so arrive early.
